How to use?
Simply add 1 tablespoon (8g) to 250 mL of boiling water for a cup of goodness. Use as a base for ramen, stews, sauces and gravies for nutrition and taste. Make a veggie ramen bowl by adding 1 serve of ramen broth to 250 mL water per person. Bring to the boil and add a selected of noodles, veggies and protein. Serve hot.

This broth contains Organic Red Miso which is made from fermented soybeans, and has a long history of use in Japanese culture for promoting gut health and immunity. Zinc is an essential mineral for supporting our immune system and also contributes to cell protection from free radicals. B Vitamins help our metabolism, which will also enable the body to utilise the energy we get from food, and assist with tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue whilst supporting immunity.
