Ingredients + Benefits:

• Epsom salts 
  May reduce dryness and sting along with detoxifying the body. 
• Oats
  May reduce severity and size of eczema. May also reduce itch and hydration of skin. 
• Organic Chamomile
  May reduce itchiness, inflammation, irritation redness and improve healing of the skin. 

Directions:
Place 1/3 of a cup or 6 heaped tablespoons into a muslin wrap and tie up or place into a sock. Leave to soak for 10-20 minutes prior to soaking. You can also place into a basin of water and use this water to dab onto skin with a cotton cloth.
