ABOUT CARA

Cara is a degree-qualified naturopath with a BHSc in Naturopathy, specialising in hormonal health, gut health, thyroid function, and nervous system regulation. She has experience working at Jade Walker Health, a specialised clinic focusing on endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum health.

She is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, helping them navigate hormonal imbalances, digestive concerns, and stress-related conditions. She provides care for women experiencing irregular cycles, painful periods, PMS, fertility challenges, SIBO, IBS, thyroid disorders, and nervous system dysregulation. Cara also supports women through pregnancy and postpartum, addressing concerns such as mood disturbances, fatigue, sleep issues, and postnatal depression.

More recently, she has expanded her clients to include children and adolescents, completing additional training with Brooke Klower. She helps with food sensitivities, digestive complaints, and skin conditions like eczema. Seeing quick, impactful results in children—and knowing she is helping shape their long-term health—is incredibly rewarding.

With a strong focus on metabolic health, hormonal balance, and digestive function, she supports individuals experiencing weight fluctuations, anxiety, depression, and stress-related burnout. She advocates for sustainable, individualised changes at a pace that suits each client’s lifestyle. Her philosophy follows an 80/20 balanced lifestyle—meaning she will never ask clients to give up their favourite foods, beverages, or social life.

Outside of the clinic, Cara spends most of her time in the ocean—whether it’s taking her two Springer Spaniels for a swim in the lake, surfing, or spearfishing for fresh seafood along her local reefs.
