Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Cash, Bank Transfer (Osko), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Zip Pay/Money, and Afterpay.

  • Afterpay: Available for online product purchases only (not for services).
  • Surcharges: Payments via credit/debit cards or Zip may incur a processing surcharge.
  • Refunds: Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. We comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds, repairs, or replacements will be provided where required by law.

Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe Payments Pty Ltd, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Stripe holds PCI Level 1 Service Provider certification.

We ship via Australia Post. Once products are handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. However, we will assist in resolving lost or damaged parcel claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
