ABOUT DENVER

Denver is a degree qualified naturopath with a strong passion for holistic, root-cause healthcare across all stages of life. 

Her journey into naturopathy was shaped by both personal experience and clinical practice, including running her own private clinic before choosing to step into a collaborative team environment. 

After welcoming her son and taking maternity leave, Denver made the intentional decision to close her solo practice so she could continue her work within a supportive team model, allowing her to focus deeply on client care while balancing motherhood.

Denver has a particular interest in supporting couples on their preconception journey, an area she feels deeply connected to through her own fertility experience. 

She is especially passionate about male fertility — an often overlooked but critical piece of conception — and loves helping men feel empowered and supported through practical, evidence informed naturopathic care.

Her clinical focus also includes women’s hormonal health, pregnancy and postpartum support, children’s gut, skin and nervous system health and anxiety and fatigue related to modern stressors. Denver has a strong interest in plant based nutrition and enjoys helping clients find realistic, nourishing ways to incorporate diversity with plant foods into everyday life.

Her approach combines evidence informed naturopathy with a warm, realistic and individualised style of care. 

Denver believes health support should be achievable and sustainable, and she prioritises education so clients feel confident and informed throughout their journey. She is passionate about creating long  term change rather than short-term fixes and works closely with her clients to tailor protocols that fit into real life.

Outside of the clinic Denver loves camping, swimming, gardening, cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and two whippets Forest & Ginger, going on walks with her son, she never misses a chance to swim in the beach or river and she loves being social and fully embracing life as a mum.

WHAT IS DENVER'S FAVOURITE HERB AND WHY?

Ginger! Such a beautiful and warming herb. Ginger is so valued in fertility care for its ability to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and support menstrual comfort. Denver loves its versatility from easing digestive discomfort and nausea to supporting warmth and vitality in the body, making it a foundational herb in both fertility and pain support.  It is also a wonderful herb supporting men's fertility!

   

WHAT IS DENVER'S FAVOURITE NUTRIENT AND WHY?

Magnesium! Such an essential mineral that so many of us Aussies are undernourished in. Magnesium plays a critical role in nervous system regulation, stress resilience, muscle relaxation and sleep quality.
Denver values magnesium for its calming and grounding effects on the body, particularly in supporting anxiety, fatigue and hormonal balance, and considers it a cornerstone nutrient for modern health and well-being.

   

WHAT IS DENVER'S FAVOURITE FOOD AND WHY?

Walnuts! Nutrient dense and rich in essential fats, antioxidants and minerals, walnuts are particularly supportive of fertility and hormonal health for both men and women.
Denver loves walnuts not only for their nutritional profile, but also for their alignment with the doctrine of signatures- their brain like shape symbolising their role in supporting cognitive function and nervous system health.
