JESSICA KRAMER

ABOUT JESSICA

Jessica is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Western Herbal Medicine practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for microbiome health. Her clinical journey began with a strong focus on supporting mothers and children, where she developed a broad foundation in general practice. Over time, her curiosity and fascination with the microbiome led her to specialise in the analysis and management of gut, skin, and vaginal health. Alongside her clinical work, Jessica also supports other practitioners through her role at Nutripath, where she fulfils the science-loving side of her brain by assisting with functional test interpretation, microbiome analysis, and complex case collaboration. Whether it's restoring balance after long-standing digestive symptoms, supporting healthy skin from within, or nurturing a child's health from the gut up — Jessica combines science, compassion and clinical insight to guide her clients back to balance.

WHAT IS JESSICA'S FAVOURITE HERB AND WHY?

Ginkgo mostly because I’m just in love with the tree. It’s so wise, humbling, and bright. My favourite herb to use clinically, though, is pomegranate — it’s safe and effective for both children and adults, packed with powerful plant compounds that support gut, skin, and hormonal health.

WHAT IS JESSICA'S FAVOURITE NUTRIENT AND WHY?

Zinc, an essential nutrient to use in clinic for many cases. It plays a key role in helping repair the tight junctions that hold the gut lining together. It also supports immune resilience, skin repair, hormone regulation, and mental clarity.

WHAT IS JESSICA'S FAVOURITE FOOD AND WHY?

Tahini — rich, nutty, and nourishing, it's a beautiful blend of healthy fats, calcium, and plant-based protein. I love how versatile it is, and how deeply satisfying it can be in both sweet and savoury meals.
