SHIPPING

Shipping may take up to 7 days for dispatch via the online cliental portal & 3 days dispatch for all other online orders 

Both Australian and International shipping is available via Australia Post.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout. We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 full business days after purchase and aim to have orders delivered to you as follows (These delivery timeframes are an estimate only):

Australian Shipping - via Australia Post

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 Business Days ($9.95)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days ($13.95)

Please Note: Rural locations may take up to 2 weeks.

International Shipping - via Australia Post

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 Weeks ($39)

Please note: Each country may impose their own border fees, taxes or custom charges once the product is to be collected by the purchaser. Balanced Beings Collective is not responsible for these charges.

RETURNS

  1. Change of Mind Returns
    Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any of our products, so please choose carefully. To help you buy consciously, we have highlighted the therapeutic benefits of every product we stock.

  2. Other Returns
    Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, Balanced Beings will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, replacement or refund (at discretion of Balanced Beings Collective), where the product is either damaged or faulty, and you can present your tax invoice.
    If you believe you qualify, please email info@balanced-beings.com.au within 7 days of delivery with proof, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
    Balanced Beings Collective reserves the right to not offer an exchange, replacement or refund where the item is not deemed damaged or faulty.

  3. Amending an Order
    If you have ordered the incorrect product, your order can be amended if it has not yet been prepared or dispatched. If you need to amend your order, please email Info@balanced-beings.com.au, providing your full name and order number immediately.
