Postpartum Yoni Steam
In early postpartum days when yoni steaming is unrealistic place a muslin cloth around the herbs and tie up with rubber band. Let herbs pre-soak in bath for 20 minutes then soak in bath for 20 minutes twice daily.
How to yoni steam
Place herbs into a bowl with boiling water. Remove clothing from waist below and kneel or squat with the bowl underneath the vagina to allow for steam to go into the vagina. Stay for 20 minutes to feel full benefits.
